കുടിമജന്മം എന്താണ്‌ എന്ന്‌ സൂചന പ്രകാരം ആരാഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. 22/01/2019 തിയതിമുതല്‍ പ്രാബല്യത്തില്‍ വന്നിട്ടുള്ള ലാന്‍ഡ്‌ റവന്യൂ വകുപ്പിന്റെ കേരള ലാന്‍ഡ്‌ റവന്യൂ മാനുവല്‍ വാല്യം 4 ലെ ഭാഗം 2 ,അദ്ധ്യായം 3 ലെ പാരഗ്രാഫ്‌ 25(3) (VII) ചേര്‍ത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്‌ കുടിജന്മം അഥവാ അന്യാധീനപ്പെടുത്തിയ ജന്മം ഭൂമി -പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായും അന്യാധീനപ്പെട്ട ദേവസ്വം, ബ്രഹ്മസ്വം ഭൂമികളെ കുടിജന്മം എന്ന്‌ വിളിക്കുന്നു. എന്ന്‌ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിവരം താങ്കളെ അറിയിക്കുന്നു.
