ഭാരത സർക്കാരിന്റെ പൊതുജന പരാതി പരിഹാര പോർട്ടൽ ആണ് CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System)

താഴെക്കാണുന്ന സർക്കാർ വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ സർവീസിലുള്ള അപര്യാപ്തത, അഴിമതി, സ്വജനപക്ഷപാതം എന്നിവ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിനെ അറിയിക്കുവാനും, പരാതി പരിഹരിക്കുവാനും CPGRAMS എന്ന് സംവിധാനത്തിലൂടെ സാധിക്കും. ഒരിക്കൽ പരാതി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പരാതിയുടെ തൽസ്ഥിതി track ചെയ്ത് അറിയുവാനും സാധിക്കും.
