തൊട്ട് താഴത്തെ കോളത്തിൽ ആ ഡിജിറ്റ് എന്റർ ചെയ്താൽ മതി.

455 ഒരു കള്ളിയിൽ കൊടുക്കുക സർവ്വെ സബ് എന്ന കോളത്തിൽ 4 എന്ന് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്യുക

In the case of 455/5 survey number is 455 and  5 is the subdivision number. Please make seperate entries.
