I repeated this once again with same results. Now 6000 was debited from my account but number was not booked. I obtained GRN number from etreasury and applied for a refund. This has to be authorised by the RTO for the amount to be refunded. Could you ease let me know the next procedure ? I too booked for fancy number but was unsuccessful in the bidding.
