I have been a resident of Tamil Nadu for 17years , (all my life) but was born in Kerala (birth certificate in Kerala) and I had applied for nativity certificate at an e sevai mayyam. However my application got rejected, despite uploading TC, Bonafide certificate, adhar, smart card, ration card. Why? What to do now?
