അതെ. ജനനവും മരണവും അവിടെയാണോ നടന്നത് അവിടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് അവിടുന്ന് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വാങ്ങുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത്.
