For correcting the date of birth in SSLC book in Kerala after 15 years of passing the exam, sanction to condone the delay should be obtained from Government. For this an application in white paper shall be sumitted to the Secretary to Government, General Education Department, Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram briefing the reason for delay along with copies of the SSLC book and Birth certificate.
