How to get application number of BBMP property tax?

Application number is the 10 digit property identification number 
 

To file an application, carry the following documents to BBMP office

• Sale deed
• Encumbrance certificate
• Builder tax paid receipt 

It will take 30 days to generate an application number, this is the 10 digit number. This is the unique number for each property. We use this number to pay yearly property tax online.

Below is the step by step procedure to apply for BBMP application number.

Step 1: File the tax application at your BBMP ward. Carry scan copy of following documents to BBMP 

• Sale deed
• Encumbrance certificate
• Builder tax paid receipt

Lead Time: 30  working days days

Step 2: Collect the 10 digit application number from BBMP

Step 3: Open the BBMP website BBMP Property Tax System and click on the menu “New property” Below image in the circle for your reference.

Step 4: Enter 10 digit application number and click “Continue”. The below image in the circle for your reference.

Step 5: Cross verify your name, property address, contact number, property size,and tariff details mentioned correctly.

Step 6: Click on “Pay online” and complete the transaction. Below image in the circle for your reference,

(Payment can be made either internet banking, credit card, debit card, UPI and wallet )

Step 7: Click on “Download receipt”. Refer to the below image in the circle for your reference.
