I had recharge my HDFC fastag monthly pass with UPI transaction. Payment debited but monthly pass on fastag not activated. Where to raise concern bank or fastag authority?






In case of unsuccessful transaction, refund will be initiated into the original mode of payment in maximum 7-10 working days (depends on the mode of payment). In such cases, you need to initiate the recharge again to avail the Local/Monthly Pass facility given the concerned Fee Plaza. Any amount deducted before the activation of the monthly pass is legit & non-refundable.

In case the above timeline is already crossed and you have not received the refund then you are requested to please raise the transaction dispute with the Payment Instrument used for recharge (Bank/UPI) and they will help you out for the refund process.
