I had recharged for my monthly toll but it didn’t reflect in my fastag and my money got deducted 2 days after this. Now I had to recharge it again. How can the money be reversed from the first recharge?


In case of unsuccessful transaction, refund will be initiated into the original mode of payment in maximum 7-10 working days (depends on the mode of payment). In such cases, you need to initiate the recharge again to avail the Local/Monthly Pass facility given the concerned Fee Plaza.

In case the above timeline is already crossed and you have not received the refund then you are requested to please raise the transaction dispute with the Payment Instrument Bank/Agency and they will help you out for the refund process.
