Get in touch with the bank on mail from whom you have ordered the FASTag try calling their FASTag helpline & if you don't get any solution you can also call NHAI helpline number 1033.

Hence declined to move forward. Toll tax people are charging double of the amount to go through Fast tag lane. Further, I recharged with Rs. 150 and after passing through two tolls thereafter for the amount not more than total of Rs 60, my current balance next day is again Rs.0.00. What should I do?
