If the tag is not getting charged at any toll you may call HDFC helpline no. or 1033 if its the case for only a particular toll you can write a mail to etc.nodal@ihmcl.com

But the tollgate people manually take my toll amount from there computer and then open the gate and permit to go. The toll amount was deducted from my account. Answered on March 14,2024I applied for a new Fastag from the bank , right now it is showing as Active (not Blacklisted) in their website but did not received a physical card yet and said it will take 10 working days to receive physical but i got a requirement to travel immediately. so in this case , can i purchase instant fastag at toll plaza and start using? can i deactivate bank issued Fastag once i received it?
