You can raise a double deduction complaint to the fastag issuer bank with the toll receipt or you can also raise a complaint with the NHAI helpline 1033 along with your details like name of the owner, vehicle registration number, date of the issue, toll receipt, transaction ID, name of the toll plaza, screenshot of the message of deduction.
