One shall raise a surrender request with the issuer bank Paytm & close the wallet to get the unused amount refunded back to your account. For any further assistance/clarification you shall contact the issuer bank Paytm.

Follow the below steps to close Paytm FASTag via Paytm app.

  • Login to your Paytm account

  • Search for ‘FASTag’

  • Select ‘Manage FASTag’ (find it is in the ‘Services’ section)

  • Select the FASTag which you wish to deactivate

  • Click on Close FASTag.

  • Your amount will be refunded.
