Update your KYC with the FAStag issuer bank & in case of NHAI FASTag you can upload your documents in the IHMCL portal or in the myfastag app.

Answered on December 28,2021I was using SBI Fastag when raised surrender request my balance was Rs40 then Got 240 rupees refund.
