Model 2: Consumer has full ownership. He/she can sell the property, with or without solar panels

Model 1: The conditions will be mentioned in the solar agreement, as solar panels are jointly owned by consumer and KSEB. Ownership of the solar panels shall be mentioned in the sale deed.
