യഥാസമയം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുചെയ്യപ്പെടാത്ത ജനനമരണങ്ങള്‍ക്കാണ്‌ ലേറ്റ്ഫീ ഒടുക്കേണ്ടത്‌ എന്നതിനാല്‍ ഇവിടെ ലേറ്റ്‌ ഫീ ബാധകമാകുന്നില്ല.
