My aadharam is having my son's name and he is just 7 years old. But minor is not eligible to get a home loan to construct home. What can be done now?

  I am planning to buy a 40 cent land in Kattappana, its shape is irregular , land owner gave me location certificate which they took when taking loan from bank. But the shape in that is perfect rectanangle but which is not the real case. Land owner said this is just a rough sketch taken for loan purpose.   My parents gave me 20 cent land. Their total land is 70 cent in which my 20 cent included. 40 cent to my elder sister and 10 cent to my younger sis. My land situated in between these two. Now I measured my land. It is only 16.71 cent. The balance included in my sister's land. There is a home also. Can I get my property back. Where I have to give my complaint ?

  My father gave me 10 cent on 1997 from his own 25 cent. I paid the tax till last year. In 1997 he sold 10 cent and again he given some land to my sister ,I don't know exactly . At present I am unable to pay tax. Village officer saying we are unable to do, because already completed transaction of 20 cents for two people ,and only 5 cent available in your father's adaram. I showed my Adaram which is registered on 1997, and others got it later. What shall I do ? There is land available but in munadaram, there is  no land.
